Rates are inclusive for the home to be fully furnished and all utilities: water, trash, sewer, electricity, premium cable tv services and premium wireless wifi connection. Includes all pay movie/premium channels offered by Cox Communications (except for pay-per-viewing). All TVs are large and smart, with upgraded cable tv equipment/routers, and 500mbps for fast wireless internet. Access to community resort style heated pool, hot tub, and gym.

1 bedrooms start at $3,600.00 per 30 days / $120 per day
2 bedrooms start at $3,900.00 per 30 days / $130 per day
3 bedrooms start at $4,200.00 per 30 days / $140 per day

One-time Non refundable cleaning fees per condo size are:

1 bedrooms, $300.00
2 bedrooms, $400.00
3 bedrooms, $450.00
We reserve the right to charge additional costs for excessive cleaning and/or damages

All pets are subject to approval and require additional non refundable pet fees and deposits. Fully refundable deposits vary depending on size of condo and length of stay.

Inventory list is available; each condo offers a full service kitchen, full size washer and dryer, king bed in all primary bedrooms, oversized smart tv in every room, all towels/linens/bedding, modern furnishings throughout; most guest bedrooms are two twins or a king sized bed.
